IICSA’s expenditure for the financial year as of 31 December 2020 is £22,945,197 bringing its total expenditure to just over £159 million since it began in 2015.

Payments to the other panel members are as follows:
Drusilla Sharpling CBE – £97,964 -The Inquiry covers 80% of Drusilla Sharpling’s HMIC salary for four out of five days work for the Inquiry per week and paid her expense of £1,766.
Prof. Sir Malcolm Evans KCMG OBE – £45,200 – 80 days at a rate of £565/day and paid him expense of £1,763
Ivor Frank – £102,830 – 182 days at a rate of £565/day and paid him expenses of £338.
The Secretary to the Inquiry, John O’Brien received pay of £92,444 for the financial year to date, ending 31 December 2020.
